SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:
We ship out orders every Monday and Thursday. Shipping within the US holds a standard time frame of 3-5 Business Days. As we're a small operation and pack all orders ourselves there may be delays, but we try to be as quick as possible so we can get you your order fast <3
Please note that if you provide incorrect shipping info and the package is returned to sender because of that mistake, you will be responsible for all shipping fees including the return to sender cost and the cost to ship it back out if you choose to. You can also choose a refund at this point, but the amount for shipping and return to sender costs will be subtracted from your refund.

International shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. Unfortunately we have no control over these and whether or not they are charged. It is up to the recipient to pay any necessary fees in the required time frame. If the duties, fees, etc. aren't paid in time and the product(s) are sent back to us, we can refund the order minus the shipping fees and return to sender fees.

RETURNS:
All sales are final. Due to us being a small operation we aren't able to offer refunds/exchanges except for the following scenarios. Please note these only apply for 14 days starting after the delivery of your item(s). Also, exchanges are only available while supplies last.
 
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at support@0foxshop.com or fill out the contact form on our site and we will provide you with a label to return for a refund or exchange. Items must still be new and unworn.
 
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED:

WRONG SIZE ORDERED:
If you've ordered the wrong size by accident, you can exchange it for another size however you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the new size.* Items must be unworn.
*Underwear are excluded from size exchanges as we can't verify if they've been tried on or not.
