SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING:
We ship out orders every Monday and Thursday. Shipping within the US holds a standard time frame of 3-5 Business Days. As we're a small operation and pack all orders ourselves there may be delays, but we try to be as quick as possible so we can get you your order fast <3
Please note that if you provide incorrect shipping info and the package is returned to sender because of that mistake, you will be responsible for all shipping fees including the return to sender cost and the cost to ship it back out if you choose to. You can also choose a refund at this point, but the amount for shipping and return to sender costs will be subtracted from your refund.
International shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's policies and laws. Unfortunately we have no control over these and whether or not they are charged. It is up to the recipient to pay any necessary fees in the required time frame. If the duties, fees, etc. aren't paid in time and the product(s) are sent back to us, we can refund the order minus the shipping fees and return to sender fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to us being a small operation we are only able to offer returns and size exchanges in the US for 14 days starting after the delivery of your item(s), and they are handled on a case by case basis (Please note that we provide very detailed size charts for every one of our items to help you make a confident choice in what size you'd like ^_^). If you choose to proceed with a return or size exchange, the item(s) need to be new, unworn, and unused (This includes not having pet hair and other debris on the item) as well as have their original packaging. For returns, you will need to pay for return shipping as well as a $5 USD restocking fee per item. Exchanges require these same fees as well as payment for the shipping of the new size. We will need to receive the item back and verify it is new and unworn before proceeding with a refund or size exchange. Also, exchanges are only available while supplies last. *Underwear are excluded from returns and size exchanges.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at support@0foxshop.com or fill out the contact form on our site and we will provide you with a label to return for a refund or exchange. Items must still be new and unworn.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED:

Please note that if you contact us about correcting your shipping address, we try our best to catch these emails before shipping out items but can't guarantee we will see it before your item is shipped depending on the timeframe.
WRONG SIZE ORDERED:
If you've ordered the wrong size by accident, please contact our support as soon as possible as we may be able to help you change the size before it's shipped. We can't guarantee we'll see your email before the order is shipped but we try our best to catch them. If the item has already shipped you can exchange it for another size however you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the new size, as well as a $5 restocking fee per item.* Items MUST be unworn and not taken out of their packaging.
*Underwear are excluded from size exchanges as we can't verify if they've been tried on or not.
*International orders are excluded from this policy due to the cost of international shipping and difficulty of customs.
LOST MAIL:
Very rarely mail carriers can misplace a package during the shipping process leading to lost mail. If your package has shipped and the tracking hasn't updated in over 2 weeks please reach out to us through our support page or by emailing support@0foxshop.com so we can investigate the issue and get it sorted.
Please note that if you wait over 55 days after the package has been shipped to contact us we likely won't be able to offer a solution as there is a timeframe where the shipping carriers will no longer help with the packages.
